If Transsexuals could be given sex reassignment surgery for free, would they take it?
I ask because I've heard of a lot of Transsexuals who refused to have sex reassignment surgery if it was offered or suggested to them.

Most Transsexuals would, but some FTMs wouldn't because the FTM surgery is not as good as it needs to be.
