can a lot of sex change your body?

its this girl in my class named tabitha and she was a really sweet girl in the beginning(virgin i think). then rumors started going around that she was raped and it was true because she was telling people. then she started to have sex with a whole lot of guys and she hasnt been in school much. then when i seen her yesterday in school her body looked totally different. she GREW if you know what i mean. not only her chest but her butt too. she told me these guys she have been having sex with. i was like WOW!
